JC got her start in writing and marketing when she was a little girl, creating and illustrating stories with notebook paper and crayons, and then selling them for a quarter each. Unsurprisingly, her most loyal fan was her mom.

More years than later than she’d like to admit, JC has built over a decade of experience helping B2B startups and companies in fast growth. Leveraging specialized skills and an agility grown from working with clients across multiple industries and service lines, JC helps B2B companies tell their success stories in a compelling, consistent brand voice that reflects their core values, excites and engages prospects, and helps to close deals faster.

When not drafting case studies, building playbooks, or organizing webinars, you can find Jennifer in her garden, actively avoiding housework.

Michele Cowan is our Web Designer extraordinaire. No matter how crazy or challenging a design problem we put in front of her, she solves it and then makes it better. 

When not rescuing outdated websites for fun or building them from the ground up, Michele tutors college students in math at our local community college (Yes, also for fun), gardens, and loves to spend time with her all grown up kids.

Rob joined the team in 2019 while attending college. With a very small business, you’re bound to have to wear multiple hats. Rob’s no exception. They’ve jumped from lead generation to research to light graphic design. But Rob’s major work area is editing, helping ensure that our content assets are clean, proofread, and publish ready. 

When they’re not wrestling whitepapers into shape, Rob continues their studies, and is an avid fan of table top roleplaying, music, and model building.
